Shipping
We currently ship with the United States Postal Service.
Either regular first class, or priority mail. We try to get orders out as soon as possible. If the bunnies escape or the surf is up, then it might take an extra day.....
We don't recommend 2nd day or overnight express, please save the extra money and send it to a charity or peace group.
There is a option on the checkout to add for insurance if you need it.
We try to use recycled and or the lightest weight packaging materials. We wish the usps boxes were reusable.

Sending out one $8 pendant is not very profitable, and might be a waste of resources in packaging, carrier fuel, mommy time etc. If at all possible, please combine small orders with your friends and neighbors. Thanks.

We use delivery confirmation and or usps insurance. You should contact us if your package doesn’t arrive in a reasonable amount of time. The free shipping is for US and FPO addresses only, contact for reasonable foreign rates.

Ways to Pay
Most of the web orders are paid through paypal. This can be a convenient service if you are already signed up for a paypal account. If you don’t have a paypal account you can still pay with a credit card in the paypal window. Paypal does not give us your card info either way.

One of the benefits of paypal for us is that paypal spits out your correct (as you registered it) address and order info, which make it possible for us to offer the free shipping.

If you do not want to use paypal you can send us your order by adding items to the cart and then using the “Direct Order” option instead of the “Paypal” Option. Using the direct order option in the cart will allow you to pay with a credit card, check, cash, trade for chickens etc. Please include all info necessary to fill the order. Since we have to either call you or figure out the payment by email, the direct method option takes a bit longer. The Direct order option is only available from the Wholesale Orders Page. Please check out from that page if you want to try the direct order.

Pricing
For many years we bought our gasoline from a older couple who had been in the service station business since the 40's. They told us about how they resisted the silly idea of posting their fuel prices in tenths of a penny. In other words instead of charging 1.59 and nine tenths of a penny they just charged $1.60. I am sure they "lost" some money because there are plenty of people who will drive across town to save that one tenth. We, on the other hand, felt good about supporting a couple who still had pride in their business and respect for the intellect of their customers. You won't find any 99 cents here, all our prices are as they should be, zeros on the end, easy on the pocket book and easy enough for my 5 year old to add up.
